I recently recieved a refurbished phone to replace my broken phone. Ive noticed that when I'm connected to my network that it takes forever for Facebook to update. As soon as I disconnect from the network Facebook updates almost immediately. One thing I noticed on this phone is while its connected to WiFi, I get the 4g icon and the WiFi icon showing in the status bar. My wifes phone which is the same, only shows the WiFi icon when connected to the network. Its almost as if the two are competeing with each other. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would encourage you to reset your home router. This can help with the speeds. When you are in Wifi we also suggest that you turn off the data connection. By doing so it will only be Wifi only.
