I thought my phone was stolen and after months later I found it. The problem is that I have forgotten then password to my galaxy s3 and cannot get into it. I don't want to factory reset my phone because I have pictures and other info on the phone that are very valuable to me. Is there any way verizon can unlock my phone or is there a way that I can do it myself? It won't allow me to reset it through gmail... can anyone please help me!
I totally understand the need of keeping those precious moments! I may have a solution for you, DirtySouf208! You need to have "X" amount of failed times when entering the password to reset. You may want to guess the password until you are prompted to choose, Forgot password. Once you are there, you have an option to reset it when connecting to iTunes.
