Log into your account online and where it says bill click view usage and click your line. Then scroll down under messaging and click messaging details and you can see all the numbers sent and received from your phone. If you want the actual text you need to have your lawyer give verizon a court order but the texts are only stored for a short time on verizon's server from what I understand so probally can't go back 6 months I don't think.
