I'm a customer. I'm outside the country for six months. I want to contact you, but I cannot. I try to register. It says it will send me the pin by text, but it doesn't arrive. I spoke to a rep before I left the US about suspending my service while I'm abroad. She told me I could do it on the day I left the US, which was January 1, but there was no rep available at that time as I was told there would be. I want to check the suspension status (which I tried to do with the mechanized options). I believe it gave me the option of suspending only for three months. I want to do so for 6 months. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO PROCEED FROM HERE. I've got no pin to register and there's no email given on your page to contact you.
