Ever since purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Nexus I have had trouble accessing my voicemail. Whenever I am in my home Verizon refuses to recognize my password which I've used for years. Possibly this is due to a weak signal but the phone works fine. I am tired of being unable to access my voicemail and wish to eliminate the password entirely. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I went to my account online but the only option is to create a new password. Verizon won't allow anyone to have a blank submission. Thank you to anyone who can help. At present I have 3 messages that I am unable to access.
