Who I have the same questioned this topic

I live in Delaware, Ohio and have not been able to make or receive phone calls for the last few hours. My husband is having the same issue, along with a few other folks here that are also on Verizon. I can't call to report this outage as I don't have a landline. How can we find out what's going on and get an estimate as to when service will be restored?
