My network extender is stuck on step 8a. I have called technical support twice and unfortunately there no help. I have read the forum stating you need to have it activated with MAC ID but no one seems to understand that. Hence I am stuck with spotty service in my home. Can you please help or tell me a way I can get this extender to work without technical support. FYI my routor is brand new ans I have 100mbs internet. Thanks!
