Who I have the same questioned this topic

I can not get the same contacts on mydesktop that are in Verizon cloud. I have tried everything (cold start, uninstalling then re-installing etc.), even updating the contact on my phone and syncing it. I use Windows 10 on a PC. My daugter got married, so her last name changed. That's the only edit to her contact. It shows in Verizon cloud and the phone, but not the desktop. It's a small thing, but any help is appreciated.
