Who I have the same questioned this topic

So powered up a brand new 4G network extender today. Immediately all phones in my home had full bars (we are lucky to get 1 normally), we have the network extender icon in the top tray and also get the "chime" when we make a new call so we are clearly connected.  However, if we dial #48 the prompt says our phones are not connected to any network extender. What is going on?
