Who I have the same questioned this topic

I've never been happy with the sound quality.  People have always complained that they can't hear me very well because I sound like I'm talking in a drum and/or my voice cuts in/out.  The problem seems to be getting worse.

I checked the front and back microphones and they seem to be working ok.
