Submission form for crash reports?

Hi,

Where can I submit a crash report for the Verizon Message+ application? Here is a link to the four crash reports on Mac OS:  Message+_2018-12-23-180920_ethan-1.4-crash-reports.zip - Google Drive​.   Any info as to the cause of these crashes (e.g., sending animated GIFs, OS hibernation, conflicting applications) would be greatly appreciated.  More info (which is also included in the crash report):
