Hi -
When I purchased my iPhone XS and got it set up, I noticed that I had a voicemail notification, but not voicemail.
This has persisted the entire time I've had the phone, and with the latest update I will keep getting voicemail notifications, but have no voicemail messages.
Any idea what's going on here? Happy to provide further detail.

itsdawsontime, We're sorry to hear that you're receiving false voicemail notifications, we're here to help. What happens when you check your voicemail by calling *86? Are you connected to Wi-Fi when the notifications appear?

Hi Trinette -
When I dial *86, it gives me the "No new messages" prompt after entering in my voicemail code.
I'm nearly always connected to wifi when I notice the notification appear, but cannot say that is the only instance as I am getting them 2-3 times per day.
Also, the phone app has had the notification since pretty much day 1.
I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but I am on the prepaid plan.
Best,
Alex

Have you attempted to restart the device or preform a Network Reset? CidnieD_VZW

I have not done a complete iPhone reset, but the Network Reset did not make the notification go away. Should I do a complete reset?
