Posting a question for my sister;
Why would her phone keep thinking it needs to reset itself and be reactivated? She is in PA and when she doesn't have service or WiFi the phone keeps trying to reset itself.

It seems odd that the phone is trying to reset itself when she doesn't have service or connected to Wi-Fi. Is this something that just started happening? Have there been any changes to her phone (new software or apps)? Please provide more details. KevinR_VZW
