We do not have cell service in our home, this has been going on for some time. We do not have a landline/home phone. We have tried wifi calling, that does not work. If I can not get some results I will be forced to go to another provider. I was with AT&T and my phone worked fine in our home, so what is the difference now? I have been to the store several times, and chated online a few times trying to get this resolved. Please help!!!!!
Do you cellular service when you are standing outside of your home? What does the Verizon Wireless coverage map indicate you theoretically should have available for coverage at your house?

Having reliable service in your home is importance, I agree, Lucy156. How is the service outside of your home? What does your phone display in terms of signal(4G/LTE, 3G, 1X)? JoeyM_VZW
