So why aren’t you with T-mobile? 
If T-mobile has everything customers want, why isn’t T-mobile number 1?  Because they don’t have coverage?   (They only have Lousy 3g in my area)

I agree!!Verizon does not take care of their loyal customers. My family and I have been loyal costumers for over 15 years. All of the promotions offered are to attract new customers for profit, which at times I can understand, however take care of the ones who stood by your service as well. It is unbelievable how greedy verizon has become, please start taking care of the families who stood by your company!!
