I signed up for Fios and was told my Disney Redemption code was used. I have been guided to look at the fios app to redeem it, yet nothing is there. Verizon rep guided me to disney app, use my fios login, put CC in and Verizon will pay for it since they are linked. Yet, there is no proof the two are linked together. Now i have a charge on my Credit card. Just looking to see why I cannot redeem this code and why Verizon hasn't accepted the charges. This is been a horrible process
