Went to store deliberately for "The store experience" and to pickup my Pre-ordered phone and buy accessories. Monday after receiving email stating phone was ready for pickup at 9:45 am, I arrived at store at 6 pm only to find my order was cancelled. I was furious and still very livid. I did not leave that store till 7:38 pm after fumbling around with customer service, being charged $90 at the store and receiving no receipt for my XR, only a receipt for the exchanged phone for $4.17 credit for 24 months. Just Awful !! what should have beena zer0 dollar and 5 minute transaction turned into a horrow show and now I don't even like the XR that much but my old iphone is gone. Do I have to pay the $50.00 restocking fee ? What happens if I cancel my service - do I get a $100 credit or payment for old phone?
