Bought an iPhone SE 18 days ago. It keeps dropping calls even though no one else in the house is having their calls dropped. What can I do to fix or replace?

One other option is to enable Wi-Fi calling if you have Wi-Fi in your home. If that is a better connection the call will be placed via Wi-Fi.

One if these steps may help fix your issue, if unsuccessful it could be replaced under the warranty by Apple or Verizo-
Carrier settings update:
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap About
- If there is an update available a pop-up message will show up
- Tap Update
Restart your device
Press and hold the sleep/wake button and drag the slider once it appears on the screen. When your phone is off, press and hold the sleep/wake button and turn your iPhone SE back on.
Reset network settings
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Next, tap Reset
- Tap Reset network settings
- Tap Reset network settings to confirm
Reinsert your SIM card
Turn your device off, remove the SIM card, and put it back in. If the SIM card is damaged, ask Verizon for a replacement SIM card.
