We purchased a home in a 55+ community. Houses all close and all have metal studs. We have dead spots in the house where we lose calls. Verizon keeps resetting something and it does not fix it. Verizon promises to have someone call me and they talk about giving me some piece of equipment, but it never happens. I have Direct TV and now AT&T owns them and they make me offers to switch. AT&T neighbors are given a box that fixes the problem. Might be time to switch.
