That would vary depending on your plan. If you are on one of Verizon's current post paid unlimited data plans(except for Start Unlimited & Just Kids Unlimited), the hotspot is included at no extra cost with your plan.
If you are on the Start Unlimited plan and want the hotspot, simply increase to the next higher unlimited data plan.
