when will I receive an email or text confirmation for my pre-order if I phone 7 plus on 9/10?
You should have received an email confirmation to the email associated with your account 5 minutes or so after purchasing/ pre-ordering. Check your junk/spam folder.
I also preordered and have an order processing under order but I never received a single email regarding my order. Not juke mailbox or anything
