My iPhone 7 was glitching so when I connected to my iTunes it told me I needed to update my software. I did that and the phone went into recovery mode. It finished downloading and now it's on a white screen and says "press home to recover". As you know, iPhone 7 does not have a working home button. What do I do? I've tried everything and none of the other buttons work.

I know how important it is to be able to restart your phone. If you unplug it and try to restart, does it make a difference?
I've never heard of that specific screen for any iPhone, but for the iPhone 7, must functions of recovery mode that would require the home button instead require Power + Volume Down.
