My contact names keep disappearing and I do back up my contacts to iCloud. I can search a name and it will come up and immediately revert to the number and I have to save it as a new contact. How do I fix this.
Having all your contacts saved by name is essential Barbiedolljo. We don't want you to have to keep adding them back. Are the contact names disappearing on the phone itself? If you go into Contacts, is the list empty?
