I have an iPhone 7 and I am not receiving voice messages from some callers (mostly other mobile callers). The only way I can force the voice message delivery is by calling my mobile phone from my office land line, leave a message for myself, and then that message and the previous message(s) all get delivered. Why is this happening? Please don't suggest it has something to do with WiFi or cellular settings. I don't do anything with my mobile phone to get the messages to come through other than call it from a land line. Thank you in advance for your help.

I first noticed this happening a couple of months ago. I don't know about any updates prior to or after the problem started occurring. I am currently running 10.3.1.

Personally, I would try first to go to settings>general>reset>reset network settings to see if that corrects the issue. It will clear saved website passwords and wifi passwords so be aware, but this is what I would initially try.

I should point out that my phone was recently reset. It crashed and I had to do a forced reset. So, resetting any network settings is not likely to fix this issue as the problem was occurring both before and after the reset.

No problem, just what I would have tried first as this does in a lot of instances "resync" the various elements involving connectivity with the network....

Makes sense - I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try. Thanks again.
