I’ve had enough. I’ve been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember. Signal has been super slow now for several months and can’t get it fixed. Los Angeles 90034. If it’s not fixed by end of day Monday, June 3rd, I’m moving on.

It's been happening for over 2 months. Not storm damage. Spent literally 2+ hours on phone yesterday with tech. I'll know in a few days if problem is resolved. They're sending new phone.
