My ringback that I have had and I did pay for it again about a month ago has stopped working. How in the heck do I put this ringback back to work..Called Verizon but that was no help at all. It is for a Iphone 7.

Ringback tones are managed in your MyVerizon account online. Have you signed into your account to go through the ringback management options?
