I find this interesting I have been on the same plan and auto pay everything... then sometime this month my hot spot in the phone disappeared. I use it to connect to a small device in my car for performance tuning. No changes made it just disappeared. Now on here i see it is not included in some plans any longer. I am on the Start Unlimited plan and it has been this way. I have not gone in and made plan changes. This is just bad business to drop stuff out of nowhere. This is not the first time. We pay too much for too long to have the rugs pulled out time and time again. please feel free to reach out to me to correct.
It's not bad business practice when Start Unlimited was never advertised with a hotshot / never had one included since its launch August of last year.
Plan only had 15GB of hotspot April and May for temporary covid 19 relief.
