Hi, I’m traveling in Italy and my phone automatically signed into travel pass, but I have no cellular service, I only can use my phone on WiFi, while other I’m traveling with who have Verizon, have 3G or LTE. Can someone help me with this?

I definitely understand the significant role our devices play in day-to-day life, especially on a trip. Your description that a TravelPass session began, means to me that the Voice Roaming is on, but not the Data Roaming is not.
Let’s start by checking these settings using these steps:

In Europe, you can slide the “International CDMA switch” to the off position.
