I ordered two iPhone 7 Pluses on 9/15 (Gold 32GB and Matte Black 32GB) with a ship date of 10/19. (Still waiting for those to ship)
I took advantage of the $650 trade-in credit that Verizon was offering. I already received both trade-in boxes in the mail. When I requested the trade-ins online, however, it only says that one of the 6 Pluses I'm trading in has an estimated value of $650—the other 6 Plus (the second one I requested) says it has an estimated value of $240, even though I answered the questionnaires the same. I chatted with someone at Verizon about this and she assured me I'd get the $650 trade-in credit for both phones. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. I was chatting with someone from Verizon the entire time and she assured me that it would be a $650 credit for both, regardless of what the form said. The first trade-in request I submitted said $650, but the second one did not. She said she noted something on my account to reflect the $650 credit for both 6 Pluses.

Christhomp, I definitely would be concerned if I had two different trade-in estimates. We don't want to bandage things. Lets make sure the discount was submitted successfully. Did you already accept the amount of $240.00? Did you enter the device information here >> Electronic Device Recycling – Verizon Wireless

You can only do 1 trade-in per sale as it relates to the iPhone 7 promo. Lets say you have 2 iPhone 6 models to trade-in. The only way to get the promo for both is to do 2 separate upgrades.. not on the same order. I had a friend go thru this. If your locked in at $240 on the 1 iPhone and you send it in you will only receive $240.
