I am not receiving short-code SMS like verification texts from Uber, Google, etc.

I am having a similar problem with my iPhone 8 Plus. I haven’t been able to receive codes from Twitter, Facebook, or google.

This is unusual Blykin01. Having those short codes sent to your phone is important. I am sure we can help. Are you able to get any other short codes from other companies? When did this start?

i can’t recieve short codes from IRS.gov among others.

Please message me regarding this, id like to have this resolved.

I cannot receive short code text.  I am expecting a text for 2 step authentication from my bank, but it does not appear.

After spending 2 hours with a Verizon rep, it appears Verizon prepaid does not allow you to receive short code texts such as verification codes, deeming the service useless to anyone who needs to use email or apps. You need to migrate across to a postpaid plan which comes at a cost. I'm switching back to AT&T after less than one day on Verizon service.

Hello.  I have an IPhone 7+ & have not been receiving any short code texts from any companies that have attempted to verify my acct.  This has been going on for many months now.  (Facebook, Instagram, Antique auction sites, etc.)

Same Verizon number for years.  I am not a pre-paid customer.  I have checked the blocked page (on ur site) under my number & nothing is blocked.  Please help!  Ty!
