How do i know when my phone has shipped

Hello, I ordered the iPhone 7 plus on september 9th. When i review my order it says processing, but no further information. I was wondering when I should be receiving anything saying it has shipped.

Your CC will be charged and you will receive a shipping email containing the tracking info.
