I’m I have an iPhone 7 and can’t send or receive pictures to non iPhone users. I have cellular data turned on as well as MMS. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Does your phone have internet access when not connected to Wi-Fi? Do you get an error message when trying to send a picture message? Is your phone showing Verizon LTE next to your signal strength?
