Hello well a few months ago I signed up for Verizon to bring you're own phone to trade in a device for credit twords a new phone well long story short It didn't work so I ended up doing prepaid with my same old device then a yesterday I check my email and I've been charged for 2 months of service I haven't used and theirs no device link to the account help!!!
We want to help you get to the bottom of this. Were you charged for two months of Prepaid service or Postpaid service?
