My wife is getting her 4th 7 Plus in less than a year. The microphone quit in 2 days with the first one. We have gotten refurb hones since with a variety of problems. Anyone else hove this kind of bad luck?

iPhones typically do not have a high fail rate.
You should take the device to an Apple Store to see what advice they can offer.
I have had 5 different versions of the iPhone over the past 8 years and have only had to replace 2 of them under warranty.

I’ve had issues with mine . Not sure what the problem is, but it’s always something and no security or support when there is a probkem
