my iPhone 6 is having issues. it is always offloading apps even if i just used the app. if does not always let me play music or pod cast it says it is playing but I here no sound and it is having trouble syncing with my car through Bluetooth the connection keep failing or it disconnect just as soon as it connects. I was wondering if there was a way to ether fix it or maybe I could exchange it for a new one of the same model at no charge or do I need to just get a new phone. Just wondering because money is tight.

No way you are going to exchange it for a "new" one for no charge. Where do you get the idea that that's even a possibility? Apple hasn't made that model in YEARS. I doubt there are many "new" ones floating around out there. IF you had insurance it would still cost a deductible and you'd get a refurb. Just upgrade to a newer model
