Whether connected to our strong wifi in the house, or LTE when out, when my wife receives an incoming call on her iphone 6s, she cannot hear the calling party. The other party can hear her. When she cuts off the call and calls them back, everything works as it should.
I have an iphone 6se and have no such problems.
