Why does my phone keep turning off and going back to the password screen?
What make/model is it? Is it actually turning off, or just going to sleep and has to be awoken by your security setting (PIN)? When does it do this, after a certain amount of inactive time?
It's an iPhone 6 and no matter what I'm doing it stops right in the middle of it and then a little circle thing comes on it and goes around and around for a minute and then to the screen where you put your passcode in
I know I would be equally confused if my phone turned off randomly Gina2255. Has there been any damage to the phone? Have you restarted your phone? If not, please turn off and back on. Have you installed any new apps when this started?
