What is going on with Verizon??

iMessages, FaceTime, and some phone calls aren't going through. Messages saying delivered but other person never received. When someone tries to FaceTime me it will automatically disconnect. Some iMessages not being delivered right away, even though both users have LTE coverage. Multiple people are having the same issue. FRUSTRATED!!!

FaceTime and iMessages are all Apple features and are routed through the Apple servers. If the rest of device functions normally then perhaps the problem is with Apple not Verizon Wireless.

Agreed.  These are Apple functions and the problem is device specific.

That's very alarming to hear! We want to make sure everything on your phone works just the way it should. What type of device are you using? Do regular calls and text messages work? Do you have any issues with using LTE or other data? Does the same thing happen whether you're on celullar data or wi-fi?

Various outlets including Engadget were reporting an outage on Apple's side, which is the cause of the challenges you mentioned.
