Yes, but since you posted this statement in response to MY post, I can only assume you didn't read the post I was responding to which the poster stated he WASN'T upgrade eligible so he WASN'T going to be using an upgrade and simply wondering if he would be able to get the $200 trade-in credit "before my two year contract is up?"
