Text message issue

Text message issue: Since switching from ATT to Verizon, I am unable to opt in to short codes. (ex: 622622). I get no response back when I send the correct org keys to this short code. I had a coworker who also has Verizon test it for me and he is able to just fine. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

We want you to get the most out of your text services, CA1980! Have you tested multiple codes other than 622622? If this is a Premium SMS service we no longer support carrier billed subscriptions.

Just to follow up with more info on this...it appears I can send

information to short codes (non-premium), just not receive anything back.

Is there something that needs to be enabled in my account to be able to

receive texts from short codes? Thanks!
