When iphone 6 is locked and phone is set to Cellular options>Enable LTE>voice and data, calls go directly to voice mail, phone does not ring. BUT when it is set to Data Only it works fine phone rings. Do NOT Disturb IS turned off. Seems like I can not use LTE for voice and data.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

CRAYONZ, help is here as you deserve a properly working phone. Let's work together to get this figured out. To ensure we are on the same page. Your device does work when not in your home, correct? When at home, what do you experience with the other functions of your device, i.e. text messages and data usage?
