Is Voicemail to Text available on the iPhone 6?

Is this feature available on this phone? as the 6s and 7 have the transcribed to text option built-in, it would be nice to have this feature too.

I love my iphone 6 and use a lot of updated features after the last software update  Snarky83   . I'm sorry but this feature is not available for this phone.
