Do I need to buy a new SIM card for Eastern Europe?

Do you need to buy a different SIM card for each country you visit in Eastern Europe? I have Apple 6 Plus phone . Going to Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. If there's only one card, can I buy that card at the Amsterdam airport or should I wait until I get to Prague?

You will need a prepaid SIM for each country, I believe. When I was in Slovakia and traveled to Austria with the SIM I purchased in Slovakia, I was roaming and was charged as such.
