I've spoken to 3 different verizon representatives today (1 phone rep and 2 online chat reps) and have received 3 different answers to my questions regarding transfer of upgrades and data plans. my favorite of the answers today was that i will have no problem transferring my upgrade online and pre-ordering the phone..great! but what if i do? does anyone know if there will be online live chat representatives to help if there is a problem pre-ordering, or if there will be a number we can call, especially on the east coast since it will be at 3 AM? any help would be appreciated?
