I was just refunded a $30 inconvenience fee since my ship date was pushed back 15 days and actually had a customer rep say they pushed back orders because they were very unorganized on release day. I encourage everyone to call and get that same upgrade fee taken off of their account since the fee is supposed to be for improved customer support.

Verizon knows the customers they screwed over... Verizon monitors, can you ask your management to take off the upgrade fees for all customers that were impacted by the 2 week days?
