Make sure mute switch on top left is not set to on.

If you see a red side on the switch it should be switched to no red.

I want you to be able to hear your phone ring! Does it vibrate? Does the screen show the incoming call? Have you checked your sound settings? Please provide some additional information for me, thanks!

It was the button on the side was turned off
