can I set up my iphone 5s to ring multiple times?

I want to set up my iphone 5s so it will ring multiple times for both incoming calls and incoming messages.

You can set the ringtone to be a song that plays continuously until voicemail kicks in (set at 30 seconds by Verizon).  You can also set your missed call notification to repeat for a set time or until you check it.

Text notifications can be set to repeat, I believe, until you  check them.  That may depend on the app you are using for texting as well, if that option is available.
