We just moved over from AT&T to Verizon yesterday. We upgraded from iPhone 4 to iPhone 5s. It's been a day and a half and we've received alerts that we've used over 50% of our 4GB data plan. We have three phones on the plan and have been doing our usual checking web sites, maps, text messages, but nothing out of the ordinary. It's the same usage we had on AT&T but never used all the 2GB. Is there a way to change the settings to address? Really it's a big pain right now. Has anyone else had this similar problem? what is the solve?
I think I remember seeing another thread about this somewhere here. I haven't had that issue yet with mine or my husband's Note 3. We just made that exact switch a week ago. I have an iPhone 5s on backorder so I hope it's not the phone itself that's causing the issue. Good luck.
