Card charged, but phone not shipped?

I placed my order at 3:05AM eastern, my card was charged yesterday (posted, not pending), but the phone still hasn't shipped yet. The order status still just says "ship by 9/24". What gives?

Continue checking your order status with the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. Also, check your e-mail for the shipping confirmation. I kept on checking, and I got my tracking number around 5 p.m. today. (9/23)

^nice auto response Verizon. How about we get a real person on here to answer our questions and not some stupid "I am as excited as you are" BS.... none of us are excited... we are all ticked off because you guys keep  lying to us.
