I received a replacement 5s and after I added my old SIM card and registered the phone, I'm not able to make/receive phone calls. I can't even call 611. When I make any sort of call I hear this recording: "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We're unable to complete your call - Announcement: 3 "switch" 64-2." How can I fix this?

Hello swmusic29, We definitely want to make sure your iPhone 5S is working. The recording you're receiving means the phone is not registering properly on our network. Is your previous iPhone 5S turned off? Are you able to send/receive text messages? Please try Resetting the Network Settings http://vz.to/QbBz21. Any improvement?

No. It's still not working. I was informed by a Verizon rep that my account was suspended by mistake, however they couldn't resolve the issue because the Fraud Department was closed for the night. I put the SIM card back in my original phone and am hoping this gets resolved ASAP. This has been a disaster.
